What is Vienna Woods’ return policy?

Vienna Woods accepts returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery of your order. Please email us at salessupport@viennawoods.com.au with your order number and details of what you would like to return.

Can I return a sale item?

No, all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, credit or exchange.

What do I do if my item has a manufacturing issue?

if your product purchase has a manufacturing problem and you would like to return or exchange it, please email us details of your purchase to salessupport@viennawoods.com.au and we will be in contact soon.

When you email us please include:
Order number
Product description
Full name
Shipping address
Telephone (if you would prefer we call you)
Whether you want a replacement or refund
Photos of the fault in the product

If I send a return when will I be refunded?

After inspection of the returned product, it will take 2-5 days for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).
