When will I receive my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is automatically generated. Please check this confirmation email and contact us within 24 hours if there are errors or changes that need to be made.
How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation will include a link to tracking information, this will inform you of your products movements.
Shipping – Australia
When can I expect my order to ship?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from when order is placed. Please note, public holidays may slightly delay shipment of your goods.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking email once you order has shipped.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes in Australia.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Delivery within Australia is $11, free if you spend over $150.
Do you offer express shipping?
We do not offer express shipping at this stage.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
If your delivery address is within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders will take between 2-5 working days from the shipping notification email.
If your delivery address is not within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders will take between 7-21 working days from the shipping notification email.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
We take extra care in packing your orders but if you have received an incorrect item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you immediately. We will also reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.
What happens if an item is missing from my order?
In some cases, your order may be dispatched in multiple satchels/boxes due to its size. If this happens, orders may occasionally be delivered in subsequent days. Please contact us to check if this is the case.
In the unlikely event that we have missed an item off your order, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.

Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Australia at the moment. If you really like our products and are overseas please email us at email@example.com to discuss options.
Returns & Exchanges
What is Vienna Woods’ return policy?
Vienna Woods accepts returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery of your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of what you would like to return.
Can I return a sale item?
No, all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, credit or exchange.
What do I do if my item has a manufacturing issue?
If your product purchase has a manufacturing problem and you would like to return or exchange it, please email us details of your purchase to email@example.com and we will be in contact soon.
When you email us please include:
Telephone (if you would prefer we call you)
Whether you want a replacement or refund
Photos of the fault in the product
If I send a return when will I be refunded?
After inspection of the returned product, it will take 2-5 days for the refund to be processed.
Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).
